Order & Shipping Info

Thank you for your interest in our books! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we urge you to contact us before ordering with any questions. We’re always happy to provide you (additional) photos of our books and more information on condition. We pack all orders carefully and ship via USPS (domestic orders include Delivery Confirmation; we will provide you with the tracking number when the order ships). If you have your own preferred shipping method (i.e., a Fedex account), we can work with you to set that up.

We usually ship via Media Mail, although we also offer Priority. Gift certificates will ship via Ground Advantage or Priority. For larger packages or faster shipping we may have to request an additional shipping fee. 

If you need International shipping, please contact us and we’ll quote you shipping based on your location. Sorry, we cannot ship to the UK or EU.

If you do not receive your package or receive it badly damaged, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 60 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER. If you do not contact us in that time, we may be unable to issue a refund or store credit.

If you are unhappy with your book, please pack carefully and return to us within ten business days at: Iliad Bookshop, 5400 Cahuenga Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91601 USA. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the package.
