We pack all orders carefully and ship via USPS (domestic orders include Delivery Confirmation; we will provide you with the tracking number when the order ships). We ship within one business day. If you have your own preferred shipping method (i.e., a Fedex account), we can work with you to set that up.
If you need International shipping, please contact us and we’ll quote you shipping based on your location. Sorry, due to changes with VAT collection, we can no longer ship to the UK or EU; also, due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are unable to ship to Australia or New Zealand.
If you are unhappy with your book, please pack carefully and return to us within ten business days at: Iliad Bookshop, 5400 Cahuenga Blvd., North Hills, CA 91343 USA. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the package.
