Black History Books

The Afro-American in United States History

It’s February, which means it’s Black History Month. In honor of that celebration, we’d like to share a few titles from our shelves. While we may not be able to get in or keep in stock titles by many current Black authors (and it’s so great to see writers like James Baldwin, Toni Morrison, Ta-Nehisi Coates, and Octavia Butler in such high demand!), we have a nice selection of older titles. A few are listed below; if you’re looking for a particular one you don’t see listed here, drop us a line and we’ll take a look. If you’d like to purchase any of the titles below, just click on the book’s title and you can order for either mail order, curbside pickup, or in-store pickup.
