Shipping & Returns

We ship via USPS, and all domestic shipments include free Delivery Confirmation. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We pack carefully, and make sure all books are protected from possible water damage during shipping.

Shipping for large or heavy books may be more than what our shipping calculator will show. If this is the case, we will contact you with any additional amount due.

Insurance may be purchased for any shipment; we will charge you our cost on insurance (which varies according to the value of the book). Please note in the "Comments" section of checkout if you'd like to purchase insurance.

Unfortunately tracking is not available on international orders. International orders are subject to delays in Customs; this can take up to 4 months. If you haven't received your international order, we suggest you check with your local post office and Customs.

If you would prefer to ship using your own FedEx account, we're happy to work with you on that.

RETURNS::

If you're unhappy with your book, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll work with you to arrange return of the book for a refund. If we ask you to return the book, please pack carefully for return - if we receive a returned book that has suffered significant damage since we shipped it, we may offer only a partial refund. We will process all refunds promptly. Thank you.
